Kanazawa-kun: "I'm carrying everyone's hopes." Life goes on... but viewers are moved to tears by his feelings for Hikari, "someone who wasn't like that."

The 28th episode of NHK's evening drama "Someday, in Zero Gravity Sky" (General TV, Monday to Thursday 10:45pm), starring actor Kiriyu Aso, was broadcast on October 23rd, and when the preview after the ending revealed that the next week would be the final week, viewers commented, "Ahhhh, it's ending next week, it's too soon, I don't want it to end!"

The drama features four girls from the astronomy club who, in high school, shared their dream of "going to space together." As they grow up and go their separate ways, they suddenly reunite with their forgotten dreams. "If we had a micro-satellite, maybe even we could aim for space today..." Encouraged by their "older selves," they begin their second youth...

Kiryu plays the main character, Mochizuki Asuka, while Morita Nozomi plays Hibino Hikari, whom Asuka reunites with. Other cast members include Katayama Yuki as Mizuhara Shu, Ito Marika as Misato Morita, and Daiken Okudaira as Kanazawa Sui, a university student in a space engineering lab. The drama is narrated by Tasuku Emoto.

In episode 28, Asuka, who was in charge of a client for a space venture company at work, began to think a little about whether she herself might "make space her career." She recalls that she had had such a conversation with Hikari in high school, but lacked the courage and determination to choose that path.

Asuka is reminded once again of the loss of Hikari. Meanwhile, Asuka and Sui take on the final hurdle in the satellite's development, the thermal vacuum test. However, just as the end of the test is in sight, they run into a problem where the camera won't display any images... and so the story unfolds.

After the ending, a preview of the final week was released, revealing that there are only four episodes left of the drama.
