The October lineup for TV Asahi's monthly variety show "Barabara Monthly" (Monday to Thursday, 2:55am to 3:05am *excluding some areas) has been announced, revealing that comedian Nagano's signature show "If XX and Nagano are there, it's already a comedy sketch" will be broadcast on Thursday.
The comedy show will feature Nagano teaming up with a popular actor, and the title of the first episode is "I Don't Want to Die." The co-starring actor will be announced at a later date. Nagano said, "I want people who think of Nagano as a sharp-tongued person to watch this. I'm just a weird guy (laughs). I think you'll be able to see my true nature. I've appeared on TV a few times so far, but I can honestly say that I think I've been able to show a side of myself that no one knew before."
On Tuesdays, the show "Zekkei Dance" features dance-loving entertainers performing against breathtaking backdrops. Popular performers include Kaito Miyachika from the popular group Travis Japan, and Hitomi (Honda Hitomi) and Mei from the popular Korean girl group SAY MY NAME.
On Wednesdays, Hasumi Sho from the eight-member unit "Dow 90000" and Nishida from the comedy duo "Laland" team up for "Hasumi Nishida's Yakkamu!". The two, who have been active since their twenties, will be in conversation with "unknown young geniuses" in this cross-industry talk variety show.
On Mondays, we will broadcast the best episodes of past monthly projects.
