◇Episode 1 Synopsis
Despite having a brilliant career as a graduate of Tokyo University and previously working at the major Mitsuhashi Shoji company, Kaoru Hanamura (Haru) is struggling to find a new job. She is repeatedly asked why she left her job, but she insists it was for career advancement. However, there are virtually no companies with a higher prestige than Mitsuhashi Shoji, and the job placement agency is at a loss.
One day, Kaoru is approached by Hidaka Makie (Rina Kawaei), the president of RAINBOWLAB, who was supposed to have rejected her, asking if she would like to work as a tutor for her daughter. Makie, who has an obvious ex-yan aura, wants her 6-year-old daughter, Iroha (Ikemura Aoi), who is not publicly known, to take the entrance exam, and offers Kaoru a large sum of money.
Then, on the first day of tutoring, Iroha appears to be understanding in front of Makaie, but the moment she is alone with Kaoru, she starts making a series of impertinent remarks. The truth behind the tutoring profession, where many students quit despite the high pay, becomes clear.
After finishing her tutoring session, Kaoru returns home and receives a call from Makaie. Having missed the sitter, Kaoru hears that Iroha is alone and rushes to Makaie's house. There, she finds Iroha drawing graffiti on the wall amidst a mess of things... Kaoru tries to stop Iroha, but seeing the mess makes her realize a serious truth...
