The synopsis and stills from the 11th and final episode of the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Tomorrow Will Be a Better Day " starring Haruka Fukuhara (aired on September 15th) have been released.
Natsui Tsubasa (Fukuhara) receives a report that a child who may have been abused has been spotted near Sonegaoka housing complex, so he heads to the scene with Kurata Sosuke (Hayashi Kento).
Himawari Makita (Erika Ikuta), who rushed over to cheer on the team, witnessed 10-year-old Sora Mineta (Koji Matsuno) being yelled at by his father, Kanji (Tetsu Hirahara). Noticing a bruise on Sora's face, Himawari called out to him, but the next moment, Kanji pushed him and he fell down the stairs.
Hachimura Taichi ( Shunsuke Kazama) quickly identifies the households that have received the notices and instructs them to visit each and every household with a child around the age of 10. With their feelings for Himawari in mind, the members split up and go around the housing complex. Tsubasa spots Ashiya Riku (Nagao Tsubasa) standing in front of a building. When Riku notices his gaze, he runs away for some reason.
Having received permission to enter the house, Tsubasa and his friends visit Sora's home, where his mother, Ran (Iriyama Noriko), reluctantly agrees to cooperate with the investigation and opens the door. However, Kanji makes a fuss, demanding, "Why are you entering someone else's house without permission?" and grabs Kurata.
Tsubasa protects Sora while the violent Kanji is being held down. However, Ran, who filmed the incident, edits the video to her advantage and uploads it online to denounce the tyranny of the child protection agency. It seems that this was her intention from the beginning. Can the child protection agency members save the child's life? Tsubasa and his team face their greatest crisis yet...
The screenplay was written by Tani Aohito of the theater company Jikan Production, and the story is set in a seaside child consultation center. The heartwarming story follows the protagonist, Natsui Tsubasa (Fukuhara), who is suddenly transferred from the violent crimes division of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police to the child consultation center. As a new child welfare officer, he comes into contact with a variety of children and parents and grows together with them.
