The seventh episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 31st. It was announced that the final episode would be broadcast on September 7th, and on social media, voices of regret spread, with comments such as "It's a little too early," "I can't believe it," and "It's sad."

Tokushige takes his summer vacation to visit his mentor Akaike (Tanaka Min) at his clinic on a remote island, but he feels something strange about Akaike's sudden actions and words.
On the day Tokushige was leaving, Akaike took out a stethoscope from a drawer and handed it to Tokushige, saying, "Take this. I don't need it. The ship is leaving, so go." Tokushige replied, "I'm sorry, but I'm a doctor. I still have something to talk to you about."
Tokushige pointed out that Akaike was protecting his right lower rib cage and said, "We won't know until we do a thorough examination. But at this point, we suspect it's Budd-Chiari syndrome." Upon hearing the name of the disease, Akaike shouted at Tokushige, "Go home!"
"I might die. So please tell me the truth, doctor," Tokushige insisted, but Akaike refused, saying, "I won't tell you." Immediately after that, Akaike collapsed.
