The number one song on the store's list from August 17th to 24th was "Fuel/Haven," a single by Vivid BAD SQUAD, a unit featured in the smartphone game "Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku (ProSeka)."

Vivid BAD SQUAD is a talented street unit featured in "Project Sekai." This is the 11th single from their chart-topping hit "Fuel/Haven." It features "Fuel" by Vocaloid producer Utsu-P and "Haven" by Niru Kajitsu.
Coming in at third place is the album "KING OF PRISM - Your Endless Call - Everyone Sparkle! Prism Tours" Song Collection, which debuts and includes insert songs, including new songs, from the latest installment of the popular anime series "KING OF PRISM (Kinpuri)." It's a substantial three-CD set. Also ranking ninth is the single "KING OF PRISM 'Lovepara! -Endless Love, Love-/Sparkling Days'," which includes songs from the latest installment.
Coming in at number 5 is "Umitsuki," the opening theme for the fourth season of the TV anime "Rent-A-Girlfriend" by the unit "ClariS." This is the first single by the new three-member group, ClariS, which welcomes new members Ellie and Anna.
Coming in at 7th place was "Fruit Punch," the sixth single by "Three's Bouquet," a unit within the virtual school idol group Hasunozora Girls' Academy School Idol Club, part of the popular anime series "Love Live!". Another unit, DOLLCHESTRA, released their sixth single, "Be the Sun!", at 10th place. Coming in at 8th place was "My Sparkle," the second album by VTuber Ogami Mio, a member of the popular VTuber group Hololive.

Higuchi Sho is a buyer in charge of anime at Tower Records Shinjuku's 7th floor (Japanese music and sales promotion). He was transferred from the Machida store in 2014. He first became interested in anime through 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "BLUE SEED," and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flames," and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially those related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!" His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm," "The Idolmaster," "Photo Kano," and "Sakura Wars."
