The sixth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 24th. At a dinner party held for Handa Tatsu (Ishibashi Renji), who was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer, Yokobuki (Rokupei Naomasa) blurted out, "It's all so much fun, but I can't help but cry, I can't help it," which moved viewers to tears.

The dinner party was held at the suggestion of Takino ( Fuka Koshiba). Tatsu, who attended in a wheelchair, was delighted to be reunited with his students and friends who had gathered.
Suddenly, disco-style music began to play. Yokobuki asked, "Why disco?", to which Takino replied, "It's the disco where Tatsu-san met his wife." Yokobuki sharply retorted, "You're lying! It's the Bon Odori dance, you show-off!"
"Come on, everyone, let's dance!" Medical social worker Kariya (Takashi Fujii) called out, and everyone started swaying their bodies and clapping their hands to the music, creating a disco-like atmosphere in the venue.
Knowing that he doesn't have much time left, Tatsu spends his time with everyone savoring it. Seeing Tatsu like that, Yokobuki wipes away the tears that are spilling out of her eyes, saying, "I wonder why... I'm having so much fun, but I can't help but cry."
On social media, comments such as "Yokobuki's line 'It's so much fun, but I can't help but cry' filled my heart," "Just like she said, I couldn't help but cry too," and "It really can't be helped. I'm sure I'll end up crying" attracted attention.
