77-year-old actor Shinya Owada will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on August 20th. He comes from a family of entertainers, including his younger brother Baku Owada and his wife Michiko Godai, and although he often plays serious roles, he has recently become popular with small children for his "nui-katsu" (stuffed animal activities).
