Shoma (Hidekazu Chinen) and his friends set out to save the people and defeat President Bocca Zeludac(voiced by Hiroki Yasumoto). Meanwhile, Shoma is reunited with Rango (Takashi Tsukamoto).

"Kamen Rider Gavv" is the story of Shoma, a young man from another world, who uses the power of sweets to fight against the monster Granutes, who kidnaps humans and turns them into "dark sweets."
