The fourth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 10th. First Summer Uika, who plays cardiovascular surgeon Chayazaka Kokoro, has been met with a flurry of comments on social media, such as "She looks amazing!"

Chayazaka is a star doctor with outstanding skills who has attracted attention in the medical world. He has a strong personality and tends to get involved with people who interest him.
At the end of episode 4, there is a scene where Chayazaka is talking alone with the head of the surgery department, Togo Rikuro (Ikeda Narushi).
Regarding the fact that the atmosphere at Uotora General Hospital was clearly different from before, Togo asked Chayazaka, "I'm still not sure whether this should be seen as a change or a distortion. I'd love to hear your opinion as the next chief of surgery."
