It has been announced that a large-scale collaboration campaign between the anime "SPY×FAMILY," based on the manga by Tatsuya Endo currently being serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," and Yokohama City, "SPY×FAMILY 'Odekeke' Mission in Yokohama Minato Mirai," will begin on August 23rd. The first key visual, depicting Anya and the other students from Eden Academy in yukata robes, has been released.
Anya masks will be distributed at Landmark Plaza and MARK IS Minatomirai, and a stamp rally called "Find Anya and Friends! In-building Stamp Rally" will be held. If you spend more than 2,000 yen at either facility, you will receive a special hologram sticker.
A giant Anya balloon will be on display at Sakata Seed Garden Square on the first floor of Landmark Plaza. The venue will also host the "SPY x FAMILY Collaboration Fair" on September 6th and 7th, where children can enjoy yo-yo fishing and making their own original fans.
There will also be a campaign where you can enter a lottery to win a QUO card by posting photos of the exhibits, stamp sheets, stickers, and other items related to the collaboration that will be installed at both Landmark Plaza and MARK IS Minatomirai to X. To enter, follow the official "SPY×FAMILY" X account and post with the hashtag "#YokohamaOdekekePhoto".
"SPY×FAMILY" began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in March 2019. The story follows a skilled spy who creates a temporary family for his mission and starts a new life. The father is a spy, the daughter has psychic powers, and the mother is an assassin, all of whom must live together while hiding their true identities. The comic series has sold over 38 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2022, the second season from October to December 2022, and season 2 from October to December 2023. The animated film Spy × Family Code: White the Movie was released in December 2023 and was a huge hit, grossing 6.26 billion yen and attracting an audience of over 4.64 million people.
Season 3 of the TV anime will begin airing in October.
