TV Tokyo's popular information variety show "Appear! Ad Street Heaven" (Saturdays at 9 PM) will feature Tobu Zoo (Saitama Prefecture) on the August 2nd broadcast, the first of a five-week series on Tobu Railway lines. The show will cover Tobu Nikko on the 9th, Shin-Koshigaya on the 16th, Kanegafuchi on the 23rd, and Kita-Senju on the 30th.
The program is also collaborating with Tobu Railway to carry out trainjacking (chartered advertising) on Tobu Skytree Line (between Kita-Senju Station and Minami-Kurihashi Station) direct trains to the Hibiya Line, and Tobu Tojo Line (between Wakoshi Station and Ogawamachi Station) direct trains to the Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line until August 31st. The program is also featuring advertisements on the train's interior with catchphrases for the five stations featured on Ad Street, as well as original key visuals and original promotional displays on the Train Channel.
The first episode will feature Tobu Zoo, a "hybrid leisure land" that includes a zoo, an amusement park, a pool, etc. The program will introduce the attractions of the leisure land, including a baby white tiger, a wooden water coaster, a huge pool, and the nostalgic "hippopotamus director."
In addition, popular local spots and gourmet food will also be featured, such as a long-established restaurant called Panda Bento, a wood-fired Italian restaurant converted from an old house, a popular croquette bread restaurant in a residential area, natural hot springs with water directly from the source, and a retro steam locomotive on campus.
The guests are Abukawa Mihoko from the comedy duo Hokuyo and model Ichikawa Saya.
