The 28th episode of the NHK Taiga drama " UNBOUND (Berabou) " (General TV, Sundays at 8pm and others), starring actor Ryusei Yokohama , entitled "Sano Sessho Daimyojin", was broadcast on July 27th, and viewers were abuzz with the comments made by Jisei ( Hio Miyazawa Toma) regarding the death of Ichi (Miyazawa Hio).
"UNBOUND (Berabou)" is the 64th taiga drama and depicts the life of Tsutaya Juzaburo(or "Tsutajyu" for short), who is said to have laid the foundations for Japan's media industry and pop culture. The script was written by Yoshiko Morishita, who is known for her work on the highly talked-about "Drama 10: Ooku," which aired on NHK two years ago.
In episode 28, Ichi is slashed by Sano Masayoshi (Yamoto Yuma) inside the castle, losing his life before he can achieve his goal, and Masayoshi also commits seppuku.
Later, as Tsutaju (Yokohama) and others watch Ichi's funeral procession through the city, a stone is suddenly thrown, causing chaos, and Daresode (Haruka Fukuhara ) runs out to protect the coffin. Seeing the haggard and exhausted Daresode, Tsutaju begins to think of a way to clear Ichi's regrets...
In the scene immediately after Ichi's death, Jisei begins, "He's dead. It's truly a terrible thing to incur someone's hatred." He then adds, in front of Okitsugu 's nephew, Tanuma Ochimune (Miyao Shuntaro), "Maybe my lord ( Okitsugu , played by Ken Watanabe ) has become a little too proud."
Regarding the reason why Ichi was killed instead of Okitsugu, Sano stated, "Even if the lord is left alone, he won't have much time left to grow old. Killing the eldest son would be the truest way to weaken Tanuma's power. That's what Sano may have thought," as if he knew everything (or perhaps because he did?), expressing his opinion.
Viewers immediately responded to Jisei's series of remarks, with comments such as, "That's so insincere..." "Jisai, you bastard!!!" "Choked your castella cake!" "You should make people hate you too, Hitotsubashi-sama!" "Sano's not like that, is heeeeee! Damn Ikuta Toma (this is a compliment)," "Shut up already, Jisei..." and "Toma, you have no heart today either. I knew it."
