Isla Nublar, the island where Jurassic World was located, was destroyed by a volcanic eruption. The rescued dinosaurs were released all over the world. Four years later, humans still have not found a way to safely coexist with dinosaurs. Owen (Chris Pratt, voice: Hiroshi Tamaki) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard, voice: Yoshino Kimura), who continue to protect dinosaurs, live in a remote mountain cabin. There, they are protecting 14-year-old Maisie (Isabella Salmon, voice: Moeno Sumita), a clone of Lockwood's late daughter, who helped create Jurassic Park.
One day, Owen reunites with Blue, a dinosaur with her baby. However, someone kidnaps Blue's baby. Owen promises Blue that he will get her back, and goes to rescue her with Claire.
Meanwhile, Dr. Sattler (Laura Dern, voice: Kikuko Inoue) is pursuing Biosin, a giant biotechnology company that collects dinosaurs from all over the world and conducts research on them, for a certain purpose. Dr. Grant (Sam Neill, voice: Takayuki Sugo) also rushes to the scene and asks Dr. Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum, voice: Yoshitada Otsuka) for help. What is Biosin's terrifying plan that stands in the way of the coexistence of humans and dinosaurs? Can Owen, Claire, and the three doctors protect their precious lives and the future of this world?
