The 73rd episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday at 8:00 am and others) was broadcast on July Getsuku, and viewers reacted to the words and actions of Takashi (Takumi Kitamura) who protected Nobu (Imada).

In the 73rd episode, the first issue of "Monthly Whale" sells 2000 copies in two days, showing a good start. Taka is transferred to the "Monthly Whale" editorial department. Meanwhile, Nobu and Takashi head to a pawn shop to collect unpaid advertising fees. The clerk belittles them, saying, "What is this stupid manga? It's a waste of paper." Nobu becomes angry and shakes off the clerk's hand with her handbag, retorting, "A stupid manga? How can you understand it if you don't read it properly? We make our magazine because we think it's the best in the world, and we won't lose to America."

The sales clerk became enraged and raised her hand, saying, "What's with that attitude, you're just a woman!", but Taku, who was standing next to her, shielded her and received a slap on the left cheek. Taku replied, "Feel free to do as much as you like, but please make sure you pay the advertising fee."

When Nobu and Taku returned to the company after successfully collecting the advertising fee, Tokairin (Kenjiro Tsuda) saw Taku's red cheeks and asked, "What's with your face?" Taku replied, "My face doesn't matter. More than that, Wakamatsu-san was reliable." After that, Taku said to Nobu, "I was glad that you protected my manga," and Nobu replied, "You were brave, too."
