It has been announced that a theatrical edited version of the TV anime "Summer Pockets," based on the romance adventure game by "Key" (Visual Arts), the game brand behind "Kanon," "AIR," and "CLANNAD," will be screened from August 15th.
The game was originally conceived by Jun Maeda and was released on June 29, 2018. The story is about Takahara Hayari, who comes to Torihaku Island during her summer vacation to sort out her late grandmother's belongings, and meets new friends on the island.
The anime is directed by Tomoki Kobayashi, known for "Akame ga Kill!" and "Bokutachi no Remake", and produced by feel. It began airing in April.
