Actor Yu Aoi will appear on the talk variety show "Shabekuri 007" (Nippon TV) which will be broadcast at 9:00 pm on June 23rd.
Aoi, who is originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, made her debut at the age of 13 when she moved to Tokyo to star in the musical "Annie." The program will explore Aoi's 26-year career in showbiz, having appeared in over 100 dramas, movies, and stage productions.
In the popular segment "Quiz! Do you remember me?", where participants guess the identity of a person from their memories and reunite with them, a person who "greatly changed her life" appeared. Aoi smiled and said, "He's my partner," and "We danced together," and the characters from the movie "Hula Girls" appeared in the studio, much to Aoi's delight.
