A screening of the TV anime "The Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi," based on the popular manga by Hirakawa Aya currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan), was held in Tokyo on June 21st. Hinata Minami, who plays the below-average Ayayo Yu, Amami Yurina, who plays Ikki, one of the "genius Mikado sisters,"Aoi Koga, who plays Niko, and Yoshino Aoyama, who plays Miwa, appeared on stage. The video of a prank where the four cast members met for the first time was also released, which became a hot topic, and Aoyama revealed, "Thanks to the prank, we felt like we were united as one, and we hit it off."
After the meeting, the staff and cast went out to eat together, and Koga said, "We all went out to eat together. That was great too," to which Amami nodded and said, "We were able to record all the episodes while building bonds with everyone, including the staff."

The series has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" since December 2021. It is a home-love comedy about the cohabitation of the three Mikado sisters, who are geniuses in literature, martial arts, and the arts, and Ayayo Yu, an ordinary person who is below average in all areas. The series has sold over 1.5 million copies in total. The anime is directed by Matsubayashi Yuito and produced by PAWORKS. It will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other stations from July Getsuku.
