" Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Nobuyuki (1918-1993), the manga artist and picture book writer who created "Anpanman." In the 60th episode, Nobu (Imada)'s face lights up when she receives a letter from Jiro (Ayumu Nakajima), but it is from the naval hospital. When Nobu enters the hospital room with anxiety, she sees Jiro sitting on the bed with a smile. The war situation becomes even more severe, and air raid sirens sound in the town of Kochi.
