The second main promotional video for the TV anime "Kamitsubaki City Under Construction," a project by YouTube label "KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO," has been released on YouTube. The video follows the advance theatrical version "Kamitsubaki City Under Construction. Witchling," which has been showing for two weeks only since June 13th, and features the opening theme "Diva," performed for the first time by the five main cast members Kafu, Rime, Harusaruhi, Isekai Jo, and Sachiko, who form the virtual artist group "VWP." It was also announced that Midorikawa Hikaru will be appearing as the mysterious character "???."
The story is set in the virtual city of Kamitsubaki, where five girls known as "Daughters of the Witch" use their magical singing voices to challenge the monster Tesseract. Kamitsubaki city, which suffered a devastating blow to human civilization in a major disaster seven years ago, is miraculously recovering, but behind the prosperity, the Tesseract, a monster born from human malice and desire, appears in the city.
It will be broadcast on TBS every Thursday at 11:56 pm starting July 3rd.
