The eighth episode of the drama series " Since I Took You Away " (Kantele/Fuji TV, Mondays at 10pm), starring actress Keiko Kitagawa , was broadcast on June Getsuku. At the end of the episode, Kumura (played by Ryohei Abe) goes to meet Asahi (played by Nao Omori) and reveals a certain truth, which caused a stir on social media.

Hiromi 8: Hiromi (Kitagawa) is asked by Sawa (Nimura Sawa) to be interviewed as the mother of the victim in order to reveal the truth that Asahi is hiding. Sawa explains to Hiromi that she is the daughter of Washio (Mizusawa Shingo), who was the head chef of "Yuki Deli," and explains the reason for pursuing Hiromi. However, Hiromi, who has learned about Asahi and can no longer believe that he is 100% a bad person, is conflicted.
Meanwhile, while having dinner with Asahi's daughter, Ririko (Yuna Taira), Kumura is shown a photo that was taken in Hayama. In it, he sees a woman who looks familiar, and is told that it is "Nakakoshi-san," one of Asahi's subordinates. Kumura becomes curious about her identity and visits the nursery school where Hiromi used to work. There, Kumura is told by Hiromi's former colleagues, "He's a pitiful person who has had a lot going on..." and tries to get more information from him...
Towards the end of the story, Hiromi, who knows the pain that Asahi is going through, submits his resignation to the company. Afterwards, Kumura appears in front of Asahi, who cannot understand why he suddenly quits. Kumura asks, "Do you realize? She is the mother of the victim of that incident," and when he realizes that Asahi does not know anything, he reveals, "You don't realize, do you? That Minagawa Akari's mother is right next to you." Asahi is shocked and speechless, and Kumura goes on to tell him, "Nakagoshi Hiromi is Minagawa Akari's mother."
Social media was in an uproar over Kumura's remarks. Comments like "Ahhhh," "Kumura! What are you saying!", "I found out," "Kumura-kun, you shouldn't say that...," "What a sudden development, so shocking," "I can't believe Kumura is the trigger," and "I'm so scared I can't watch next week" were posted.
