Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai co-star in the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Second to Last Love 3" (Mondays at 9pm). The synopsis and stills from the 10th episode, which will air on June 16th, have been released.
The two people at the shrine were Kazuhira Nagakura (played by Nakai) and Hiroyuki Mizutani (played by Kazuyuki Asano). The same words were running through their minds. "How on earth did this happen?"
The day before, Yoshino Chiaki (Koizumi) was at her usual girls' get-together. The mood changed drastically when a message arrived on Mizuno Shoko's (Watanabe Makiko) smartphone by mistake. A message of abuse against her was sent by mistake from a subordinate. Chiaki and Araki Keiko (Hiroko Moriguchi) comforted the crying Shoko.
Wahei is on his way home from a meal with his daughter, Erina Nagakura (Ayana Shiramoto), and her boyfriend, Yuto Kimura (Takumi Nishigaki). Hearing that the two are planning to leave Kamakura and go on a trip, Wahei feels a little lonely and is driven by the desire to share this story with Chiaki.
The same was true for Chiaki. However, by chance, Naruse Senji (Miura Tomokazu) happened to be passing by. "I'm not the one you want to meet right now." Naruse says this and immediately calls Wahei. Soon, Wahei joins them. The two of them savor Naruse's kindness and confess their loneliness to each other at the bar.
At the same time, Noriko Mizutani (Naoko Iijima) was invited by the editorial department of a magazine to dedicate herself to writing essays, and Shinpei Nagakura (Kenji Sakaguchi), who had fully recovered from his illness, was enjoying his freedom and living a positive life. Mariko Nagakura (Yuki Uchida) had finally submitted a plan for a "Getsuku" drama with the members of "Team Chiaki," and was freed from her tense days.
The next day, Wahei goes to lunch with Ritsuko Hayata (Hikari Ishida) during a break from work. Something gets mixed up in the lunch Wahei brought from home, causing a huge commotion!
The script was written by Yoshikazu Okada, who also wrote the first and second seasons. Set in Kamakura, the story depicts the love between a TV station producer played by Koizumi and a Kamakura city employee played by Nakai. The theme song is also sung by Ayumi Hamasaki, as in the third season.
