The popular bookstore Shosen Book Tower in Akihabara, Tokyo, announced its May light novel sales ranking, with the seventh volume of "The Person I Fell in Love With Said to Die in Place of My Sister" (TO Books) taking the top spot. The popular work was chosen as the number one in the paperback/novels category of "This Light Novel is Amazing! 2024."
Coming in second was the 16th volume of "The Apothecary Diaries" (Hero Bunko), and the 8th volume of "Too Many Losing Heroines!" (Gagaga Bunko) ranked third.
