It has been revealed that the 10th anniversary live concert of the three-member rock band "Mrs. Green Apple" to be held on July 27th at the special venue in Yamashita Pier (Naka-ku, Yokohama) will be broadcast live and streamed on WOWOW. In addition, WOWOW has announced a lineup of special programs for two consecutive months from July to August, including the live concert.
Mrs. Green Apple made their major debut in 2015. Since then, they have dominated the Japanese music scene, becoming the first band to win The Japan Record Awards for two consecutive years, winning four MTV VMAJ awards for two consecutive years, and becoming the artist with the most songs played over 100 million times on streaming services.
In 2025, the year of their 10th anniversary, they will be holding various projects under the name "MGAMAGICAL 10 YEARS". They will hold their first solo concert in Korea in February, and will release their anniversary best album "10" on July 8th. The 10th anniversary live concert at the Yamashita Pier special venue is part of this project and will be held for two days on July 26th and 27th.
WOWOW will broadcast and stream the second day's performance live on WOWOW Prime and WOWOW On Demand from 6:00 p.m. on July 27th under the title "Live Broadcast! Mrs. Green Apple "MGA MAGICAL 10 YEARS ANNIVERSARY LIVE ~FJORD~"
