The second visual and the first trailer for the Amazon Original drama "Marry My Husband," starring actor Takeru Satoh and Fuka Koshiba, which will begin streaming on June 27, were released on May 30. In the visual, Sato and Koshiba are seen leaning close to each other, as if drawn to each other, with expressions that seem to be gazing at something.
Additional cast members also announced include actors Tomoko Tabata, Reina Kurosaki, Kanji Tsuda, and Tatsuya Shimekake of Travis Japan.
Misa (Koshiba), whose life was lost due to the betrayal of her best friend and husband, travels back in time to 10 years ago. A revenge drama that seeks to ruin her former best friend and husband. Misa's encounter with Suzuki Wataru (Sato), with whom she had no connection in her first life, brings about a change in her heart.
The story is based on a Naver web novel of the same name, which was made into a web comic and a live-action drama in Korea. The Korean live-action drama series was released on Prime Video last year and became a hit.
This will be the first Japanese film to be produced by a collaboration between CJ ENM, a major Korean entertainment company that produced the film "Parasite," and Studio Dragon, the production company known for "Crash Landing on You" and other works.
There will be 10 episodes in total. Two episodes will be released every Friday for five weeks on Prime Video starting June 27th.
