It has been announced that a special limited edition (first run limited production) of the Blu-ray Disc (BD) of the fourth chapter of " Be Forever Yamato: Rebel 3199 ," the latest in the remake series of the popular anime " Space Battleship Yamato ," "Sasha," will be released on October 10, the day the film opens. The regular version will be released on December 24. A special sleeve with an original drawing by Naoyuki Kato, which will be a first run bonus for all items, has also been revealed.

" Be Forever Yamato: Rebel 3199" is a new interpretation of the third movie, "Be Forever Yamato," released in 1980, and is a reconstruction of the original work. Harutoshi Fukui serves as general director, and is also in charge of series composition and scriptwriting. Fukui was in charge of series composition and scriptwriting for the remake series "Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love" and "Space Battleship Yamato 2205: A New Voyage," and will also serve as general director for this latest work. Naomichi Yamato will be the director. There will be seven chapters in total.
