In the third episode, it has been three years since Moeko started living with Hiromi as "Nakakoshi Miumi". They seemed like an ordinary mother and daughter, but Hiromi still lived with great care to keep Miumi out of the public eye. Hiromi couldn't leave Miumi in a daycare facility, so she asked her neighbor Hatsume (Ogawa Rina) to babysit her during the day and worked as a cook at the nursery school. Now Miumi is six years old, she has no memory of anything that happened up until the age of three.
Meanwhile, Hiromi faces a family registry issue before Miumi starts elementary school. At her wit's end, Hiromi contacts her ex-husband Keigo (Mitsuomi Takahashi) and asks him to give false testimony to obtain Miumi's family registry. She then approaches Emiko (Nao Omori), the ex-wife of Asahi (Nao Omori) who works at a snack bar, to obtain a sample for a DNA test and obtain Miumi's family registry... and so on.
At the beginning of the story, Hiromi and Miumi, now 6 years old, are preparing breakfast at home. As Hiromi prepares dinner in the kitchen, Miumi, who is playing with a toy train, quizzes him, "Here's a question. Why does the conductor wear gloves?" Then, at the dinner table, they point and confirm, "Chopsticks OK, bowl OK, cup OK. Side lights off. All aboard!", and then they both say "Itadakimasu!" in unison. Afterwards, Hiromi, Miumi, and Hatsume come over to the house, and the three of them enjoy breakfast together.
Hana's portrayal of the cheerful, train-loving Miumi became a hot topic on social media. Comments included, "6-year-old Miumi is too cute," "She's become a proper train nerd lol," "Her acting conveys the energy of a girl who loves trains," "Miumi is so soothing," and "Miumi as a little train lover is so cute."
