The 26th episode of the NHK morning drama " Anpan " (General Asadora , Monday to Saturday at 8:00 AM and others), starring Mio Imada , was broadcast on May 5th, with voice actor Koichi Yamadera appearing as Haruto Zama .
This will be Yamadera's fourth Asadora appearance in four years, following " Hanbun, Aoi." in the first half of 2018, "Natsuzora" in the first half of 2019, and "Okaeri Mone " in the first half of 2021. In " Anpan," he plays Haruto Zama, a teacher at the art school attended by Takashi Yanai(Takumi Kitamura). He is the mentor who taught Taku the basics of how to live and think about life.
When his appearance was announced in November last year, Yamadera commented, "First of all, I am very honored to be able to appear in this production! Although I failed the audition for Baikinman in 'Soreike! Anpanman' 36 years ago, I am grateful that I was able to become a regular in the role of Meiken Cheese. Haruto Zama is modeled after Yanase Sensei's mentor. I think he was a rare teacher at the time, who was not bound by convention and was able to see the essence of things, preaching true freedom to his students. In the drama, he seems to have a nonchalant yet unique and playful side to him.... To express my gratitude to Yanase Sensei, I would like to do my best in this role!"
In episode 26, Takashi (Takumi Kitamura), who has entered Tokyo Higher School of Fine Arts, reunites with Kentaro (Fumiya Takahashi), whom he met during his entrance exam.
Their teacher, Zama (Yamadera), orders them to go to Ginza and experience the world, so Taka and his friends immediately set off on a stroll around the area. They are thrilled by the sophisticated streets and people. Meanwhile, Nobu (Imada), who is now in her second year at the Women's Normal School, is being taught patriotism by Kuroi (Kumi Takiuchi), who is putting more effort into her teaching, but she is somehow unable to accept it. Then, Nobu receives a letter from Taka... and so the story unfolds.
"Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Nobuyuki (1918-1993), the manga artist and picture book writer who created "Anpanman." It is a "story of love and courage" that will make you feel the joy of living, depicting how these two, who were once nobody, overcame all sorts of rough seas and arrived at "Anpanman," the embodiment of "unreversible justice."
