Actor Keiko Kitagawa appeared at the production announcement held in Tokyo on April 17th for the drama series "Anata wo Ubatta Sonohikara), which she stars in and will begin airing on April 21st. This is her first drama series since giving birth to her second son in January last year, and Kitagawa plays the role of a housewife who loses her young daughter in a food accident and decides to take revenge. The drama is about a mother, Nakagoshi Hiromi (Kitagawa), who lost her child in a food accident 10 years ago. She holds a grudge against Yuki Asahi (Omori), the president of the delicatessen store that caused the accident, but she accidentally kidnaps Asahi's child. Hiromi is trying to get revenge, but there is a big miscalculation in the kidnapping... This is the story. The script is written by Ikeda Natsuko, who has worked on "The Day the World Ends with You," and the director is Matsuki Hajime, who has worked on the "Rika" series.
Also attending the press conference were Nimura Sawa, who plays Higashi Sawa, a reporter who relentlessly pursues the truth behind the accident, Taira Yuna, who plays Asahi's twisted eldest daughter, Yuki Ririko, Snow Man's Abe Ryohei, who plays Kumura Tsuyoshi, the eldest daughter's tutor who later gets caught up in something outrageous, and Tsutsui Michitaka, who plays Mochizuki Kosuke, Asahi's subordinate.
