The 12th episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others) was broadcast on April 15th. In the episode, viewers were excited about Nobu's (Imada) younger sister Ranko ( Yuumi Kawai), who they thought was a premonition of love.
In the 12th episode, the festival bread-eating contest finally begins, and Iwao Tagawa (Noritake Hamao) and Kota Konno (Takumi Kitamura Sakurai), who used to bully Takashi (Takumi Kitamura) in elementary school, also participate. Iwao's eyes are drawn to Ranko, who is working at the reception desk, and he says, "Are you Nobu's sister? Thank you for helping out," and gives her a passionate look.
Meanwhile, Go (Kanata Hosoda), a stonemason working at Nobu's family's Asada Stonemason Shop, is asked by Nobu's grandfather, Kamaji (Kotaro Yoshida), to win a bread-eating contest and get a radio as a prize. However, Go is not a fast runner and has no confidence in winning.
Later, when Gou comes to the reception desk, Ranko is surprised and asks, "Go-chan is going to participate too?" Gou says, "I'll do my best for my master," and Ranko smiles and says, "I'll cheer you on." However, Gou reveals, "Please don't. I'm a slow runner." Ranko then laughs, "Hahaha..." and says, "But you're strong," and looks at Gou as he fills out the reception form, casually fixing her messy hair.
In response to this turn of events, people on social media have been saying things like, "Iwao fell in love with Ranko at first sight," "I could tell Ranko liked Gou-chan," "A love triangle?!", "I can't wait to see how it all unfolds," and "It looks like Gou-chan and Ranko are getting along well, but I'm afraid Iwao will get in the way."
