The final episode of the drama series " Madoka26sai,Kenshui Yattemasu! " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Kyoko Yoshine was broadcast on March 18th. Madoka (Yoshine) and Kanno ( Nobuyuki Suzuki) became a hot topic among viewers.

In the final episode, in February 2026, Madoka turns 26 and is overjoyed when she receives a birthday present from Sugano at the batting center.
As Kanno and Madoka entered the cage and batted, Kanno began, "You know," he continued, "I've been wanting to tell you for a while, but I also have feelings for Wakatsuki-sensei..." but Madoka couldn't hear him because of the loud noise of the cage.
Unable to hear the voice, Madoka says, "I can't hear you," and "What is it?" Kanno confesses, "I like you more, Professor Wakatsuki." However, the flying ball hits Madoka's body.
Afterwards, Kanno carried the unconscious Madoka to her room in her arms. When Madoka woke up, she confessed to her, "I like Wakatsuki-sensei." When Madoka laughed and said, "Being Wakatsuki-sensei sounds like work," Kanno replied blushingly, "Madoka...sensei."
"But I'm still happy!" Madoka said with a smile, and Kanno tried to kiss her. However, when Madoka noticed Igarashi (Ryusei Onishi) and others around her, she said "Whoa!" and pushed Kanno away... and so the story unfolded.
On social media, comments such as, "Madoka Sensei and Kanno Sensei were a perfect match," "By the way, Kanno and Madoka Sensei are such a cute couple," "I'm so happy that Madoka and Kanno Sensei got together! Tuesday 10pm is the best after all! Now I want to watch I'm Working as a Resident," "The final episode was great," and "The scenes with Madoka and Kanno Sensei were so cute until the very end" were posted.
There were also voices eager for a sequel, such as, "The final episode of Madoka's 26th year was good. I hope for a sequel," and "I'd be happy even if it was a special episode."
