The business hotel where Kiyomi (Ichikawa) works will soon be demolished, and the hot springs that are the source of life for the alien Takahashi (Akihiro Kakuta) will be gone. The manager, Okuda (Tanaka Naoki), negotiates with the owner (Tsutsui Mariko) to keep the hotel open for Takahashi, but the owner's intention to sell the hotel cannot be changed.
According to Murakami (Fumiyo Kohinata), a man from the future, the city plans to buy the land around the old hotel site and build a new facility, including a multi-purpose facility. Kiyomi, Hatchi (Suzuki Anne), and Minapu (Hiraiwa Kami) begin a strategy meeting.

The drama is a new work by Bakarhythm, who wrote the script for "Brush Up Life" (same station), and the production staff of the same drama. It is a "local alien human comedy" that begins when the main character encounters an alien.
