It has been announced that season 2 of the TV anime "Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World," based on the light novel by Fantasia Bunko (KADOKAWA), will resume broadcasting on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other stations from April 10th. Season 2 was originally scheduled to begin broadcasting in July 2024, but the broadcast of episodes 5 and beyond was postponed. To commemorate the resumption of broadcasting, a new PV depicting the upcoming battles has been released on YouTube.
"Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World" is a light novel written by Kei Sasane and illustrated by Aoi Nekonabe. It depicts the story of two enemies of two great nations, Aliceliese (Alice), the "Witch of Ice Disaster," and Iska, the "Empire's Greatest Force," who meet, resonate, and are attracted to each other on the fierce battlefield while fighting in pursuit of an ideal world. Season 1 of the TV anime aired from October to December 2020.
