The show "Disney Broadway Hits feat. Alan Menken supported by Disney★JCB Card," sponsored by WOWOW and others, will be performed by Broadway casts performing a number of Disney classics for three days from July 1st to 3rd at Tokyo International Forum Hall A (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo), and the four cast members who will be coming to Japan were announced on March 6th. Entertainer Harry Sugiyama will serve as MC.
"Disney Broadway Hits" has been performed at the Boston Symphony Hall in the United States and the Royal Albert Hall in London, England, and has been held in Japan three times in the past. Following last year, Alan Menken, the master of Disney music who created the songs for classic works such as "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," and "The Little Mermaid," will also be appearing.
This performance is in two acts. The first act is a piano solo stage by Menken. The second act is a stage where the real Broadway cast, Japanese guests, and an orchestra join forces.
The visiting cast members for the second act include Carla Lindsay, who played Catherine (original cast member) in "Newsies," Michael James Scott, who currently plays Genie in "Aladdin," Kissi Simmons, who had the longest acting role as Nala in "The Lion King," and Josh Strickland, who played Tarzan (original cast member) in "Tarzan" and has a unique singing voice.
The MC, Harry Sugiyama, also served as the MC for the previous performance, and his witty banter with Menken and the Broadway cast is sure to be a highlight.

"Disney Broadway Hits feat. Alan Menken supported by Disney★JCB Card" will be shown at 6:30 p.m. on July 1st and 2nd, and two performances on July 3rd, at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Ticket prices are 20,000 yen for SS seats (guaranteed front seats), 13,000 yen for S seats, 9,900 yen for A seats, and 5,000 yen for U-25 seats. Applications for the earliest advance sale (lottery) will be accepted from March 6 for Disney★JCB card members and WOWOW WEB members. Applications for the earliest advance sale (lottery) on Rakuten Ticket will be accepted from March 17 to 25.
