"CREATEs presents IDOL RUNWAY COLLECTION (IRC = Idol Runway Collection) 2025 Supported by TGC", a "new era girls event" that combines idols and fashion, was held on March 2nd at the National Yoyogi Stadium No. 1 Gymnasium (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo), with 107 popular idols such as "Hinatazaka46" and "FRUITS ZIPPER" appearing. They excited the approximately 11,800 visitors who gathered.
IRC is a girls' event in cooperation with "Tokyo Girls Collection". The first event was held in August 2023, and this is the second time. In addition to live performances, popular idols also walk the runway as models, and this time, talent Anna Murashige and comedy trio "Hanako" served as MCs.
The opening acts were "SWEET STEADY", "Rain Tree", "momograci", "vVibe!" and "PaRet", who performed live. For the opening "IDOL RUNWAY COLLECTION SPECIAL COLLECTION 1", which was based on the concept of "Japanese & Mode", Yui Sakurai (FRUITS ZIPPER), Mizuki Kirihara (CANDY TUNE), Himeri Momiyama (Takane no Nadeshiko) and others appeared on the runway in costumes that paid homage to traditional Japanese culture.
The artists who appeared in the artist live performance were "Hinatazaka46", "≠ME", "FRUITS ZIPPER", "CUTIE STREET" and "Takane no Nadeshiko". Hinatazaka46 performed six songs including "Azato Kawaii", "Am I ready?" and "Sotsugyou Shashin Dake Shitteru", while ≠ME performed "Where are the Angels?" and FRUITS ZIPPER performed "NEW KAWAI".
A collaboration project with the TV anime "Oshi no Ko" called "Oshi no Ko × IDOL RUNWAY COLLECTION SPECIAL STAGE" was also held, with Furusawa Risa (CUTIE STREET), Shiraishi Mayumi (SWEET STEADY), Hinatabata Hina (Takane no Nadeshiko), Hashimoto Momoko (Takane no Nadeshiko), and Masuda Ayano (CUTIE STREET) appearing as members of the B-Komachi unit "B Komachi" from the series. They surprised the fans at the venue by recreating the worldview of the characters in costumes that incorporated their image colors.
