It has been announced that So Kazuho, a former top star of the Takarazuka Revue's Snow Troupe, will serve as the narrator for "Takarazuka Premiere," which will be broadcast live on WOWOW from 6:45 p.m. on February 22nd.
Takeshi joined the Takarazuka Revue in 1996. After making his debut in the Moon Troupe production "CAN-CAN/Manhattan Never Sleeps," he was assigned to the Flower Troupe. In 2001, he transferred to the Snow Troupe, and in the same year, he played his first lead role in the Newcomer's Performance in "Love Moeru." In 2004, he played his first solo lead role in the Bou Hall Tojo performance in "The Unsent Letter" (Bou Hall/Japan Youth Center performance).
After that, she was transferred back to her old group, the Flower Troupe, but in 2012 she was transferred back to the Snow Troupe. She was appointed the Snow Troupe's top star, and made her Grand Theater debut in 2013 in "The Rose of Versailles". She left the Ichi-Mu-An Furyuki Maeda Keiji/My Dream TAKARAZUKA". Since leaving the company, she has continued to expand her horizons in stage and film work.
The Takarazuka Premiere on the 22nd will be titled "Tsukishiro Kanato Retirement Special," and will see former Tsukishiro Kanato, the top star of the Moon Troupe who left the Takarazuka Revue in July of last year, try his hand at art as well as talking about memories from his time as an active performer in an interview.
So commented, "It's been a while since I last appeared. My name is So Kazuho. This time, I'm the narrator for the program 'Tsukishiro Kanato SP', and I'd like to talk about my feelings for 'Reiko' while reminiscing nostalgically about that time. I hope you will enjoy it!"
