The 87th episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Omusubi " (General TV, Monday to Saturday at 8:00 am and others), starring Kanna Hashimoto , was broadcast on February 4th, and viewers were drawn to Shoya's (Hayato Sano) behavior.
In episode 87, Shoya stops by Hair Salon Yoneda, run by Masato (Kitamura Yukiya) on his way home from work. His daughter Hana (Miyazaki Ririsa) is having a sleepover with her soccer team, and Yui (Hashimoto) is finishing work late, so he came to help out. When Aiko (Asou Kumiko) says, "It's fine, but you don't help me until the weekdays," Shoya replies, "It's fine. Please take a rest, mother-in-law," puts on an apron, and starts sweeping the floor with a broom.
Returning home, Shoya deftly re-buttoned his apron. Yui worriedly asked, "Are you sure you can still help out at the office on weekdays?" Shoya replied with a smile, "It's important. I've been working in the general affairs department for over 10 years. I'm used to it. And I like that store."
Shoya helps out at his parents-in-law's shop after work, even buttoning his apron himself, and comments on social media include, "I wonder if Shoya is planning to take over the hair salon?", "You can tell from his expression that Shoya really respects and loves Masato...it's really refreshing," "He buttons the apron with style and he's very dexterous. It's clear that he'll become a barber in the future," "He's the perfect son-in-law," and "He's a great husband."
