The NHK Asadora drama "Omusubi " starring Kanna Hashimoto (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am and others) will enter its 18th week, " Omusubi Becomes a Registered Dietician," on February 3rd.
Yui (Kanna Hashimoto) successfully obtained her dietitian qualification in 2014, left Seika Denki's employee cafeteria, and began working at a general hospital in Osaka.
In 2018, Yui was in her fourth year as a registered dietitian. Tsukamoto (Hamada Mari), the head of the nutrition department, is a fan of warlords from the Sengoku period, and often brings up stories about them in her conversations. Meanwhile, her daughter Hana (Miyazaki Ririsa) is eight years old, and Shoya (Sano Hayato) often goes to help out at the Yoneda hair salon.
At that time, Yui happens to become concerned about a child patient who is not under her care, and Chief Tsukamoto encourages her to join the NST (nutrition support team).
"Omusubi" is a "Heisei youth graffiti" about a heroine born in 1989 who always values her own individuality and who, as a nutritionist, connects people's hearts and futures. It is an original work by screenwriter Nonji Nemoto, who is known for NHK's drama "Honest Real Estate".
