Visuals of professional heroes All Might , Eraserhead, Present Mic, Midnight, Ingenium and others who will appear in the TV anime "Vigilante - My Hero Academia ILLEGALS -," an official spin-off of the popular manga " My Hero Academia " by Kohei Horikoshi Horikoshi, have been released. Following "My Hero Academia," Kenta Miyake Kenta will play All Might /Yagi Toshinori, Junichi Suwabe Junichi will play Eraserhead/Aizawa Shota, Yoshino Hiroyuki will play Present Mic/Yamada Hizashi, Watanabe Akino will play Midnight/Kayama Sui, and Kitada Riichi will play Ingenium/Iida Tenka.
The film is set in Japan several years before the events of "My Hero Academia" and depicts the drama of illegal heroes known as vigilantes who cannot help but save people even if they are not recognized by anyone, behind the scenes of heroes who are recognized by the people and are active. The visuals of the professional heroes released are also from several years before the story of "My Hero Academia".
Miyake commented, "I once said that even the number one hero, All Might, cannot save everyone. However, I, Kenta Miyake, had a question. 'So what happens to the lives that seek help in places where All Might cannot reach?' This film, 'Vigilante,' provides part of the answer as it weaves its story. Please look forward to the exploits of the Illegals, who take a different approach to heroic activities than professional heroes. Haimawaru boy, you too can be a hero!"
Suwabe said, "Vigilante is a spin-off work set in a timeline before the world of My Hero Academia. I never thought it would be made into an anime! When I found out that Aizawa Shota would be appearing, I was glad that I had been checking out the series since it began (laughs). The energy on set is inherited from My Hero Academia. The new cast members are also working hard and putting their heart and soul into it, so please look forward to it!"
Yoshino said, "Thanks to the animation of 'Vigilante,' we've been able to find out what the familiar characters from 'My Hero Academia' were up to a little earlier! More than anything, I'm intrigued by the exploits of these characters who are called 'Vigilantes.' I hope you enjoy it as much as you enjoy 'My Hero Academia' and the original work!"
Watanabe said, "Above all, I get to meet Midnight again!!! I'm so happy about that!!! That's what I feel most. I'm grateful for the miracle of being able to meet her and play her when she's a little younger than she was in 'My Hero Academia'. Thanks to all of you who have always loved and supported 'My Hero Academia', I've been given the opportunity to walk with her once again... Thank you so much. We're full of energy and the excitement is high on set! Look forward to it airing on TV!!"
Kitada said, "I'm Kitada Michi, who plays Iida Tenharu. I've been waiting for the anime adaptation of 'Vigilante' more than anyone else. I'm really happy. I can't wait to be able to show everyone the sight of the first Ingenium sprinting. Tenharu is a really cool guy. I will do my best to convey Tenharu's determination, passion, and fighting spirit that come through in the original work. Let's run all the way together!"
