The variety show "Ueda Shinya's Talk Test Ranking 2024," in which popular comedians compete for the overall power of their talk, will be broadcast on Fuji TV's "Saturday Premium" slot (Saturday 9:00 p.m.) on December 21st, with comedian Shinya Ueda of the comedy duo "Cream Stew" as the MC. This is the seventh installment, and a total of 23 comedians who are proud of their talk skills will gather together.
If the broadcast of the "All Japan Figure Skating Championships 2024 Men's Free Skating" is extended, there is a possibility that the broadcast time will be delayed.
In the program, comedians will talk about various stories in the studio based on reenacted videos of events they have actually experienced. This time, as the "2024 Most Dangerous Awards," comedians will present their best stories on topics such as "This is how I was deceived," "My family is terrible," "Is this a problem for the elderly?" and "True stories that sound like lies."
On the theme of "This is how I was deceived," Niyama-san of the comedy duo "Sayaka" talks about an episode where he went to see a movie with a friend he hadn't seen in a long time, and was offered a ridiculous plan that ruined the afterglow of the movie. Furthermore, Yamazoe Hiroshi of "Aiseki Start" tells an episode where "a scary-looking person asked me to take a photo...", which gets the studio excited about dark topics.
In "Is this a nuisance to the elderly?", the talk starts with a reenactment video of Jun Idota of the comedy duo "Speedwagon" giving too much advice to a female announcer during a gourmet report, which created an awkward atmosphere on set. One after another, the comedians reveal the moment they "thought they might be a nuisance to the elderly."
Furthermore, the "witness" guests will share their shocking stories one after another. Singer Masahiko Kondo will reveal that when his song "Gingiragin ni Sarigenaku" became a big hit, he received 150,000 fan letters in one month, and that he shared stories that are "unimaginable now" from the "The Japan Record Awards" (TBS) and "NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen" (NHK).
MC Ueda commented, "I hope that you will watch this show without thinking about anything at the end of the year, and laugh out loud while thinking, 'Is this for real?' I hope that you will watch this program and have a happy new year."
