Fuji TV will broadcast a New Year's special program, "A Private Jet Trip from Japan to Korea: Hiroiki Ariyoshi's Celebrity Recommended Gourmet Binge-eating Tour!" from 8:50 pm on January 1, 2025. A private jet will be chartered and the tour will travel between Fukuoka, Korea, and Tokyo.
The show is the second installment following "Ariyoshi Hiroiki's Private Jet Binge-Food Tour! Celebrities' Challenge Gift Festival 2024 All Over Japan," which aired on January 1st of this year. Hosted by Ariyoshi, Takuji Tanaka and Miyu Ikeda from "Ungirls," Takashi Yoshimura from "Heisei Nobushikobushi," and others will take on various games and serious challenges to eat "celebrity-recommended gourmet food" with special guests from all over the country.
In Fukuoka, popular group "timelesz" members Sato Shori, Kikuchi Fuma, Matsushima So, and judoist Wolf Aaron will appear. They will introduce Kyushu's delicious meat dishes and famous local hotpots.
In Tokyo, the show will feature the friendly duo of Natsumi Tsunoda, a gold medalist in the women's 48kg judo class, and Akari Fujinami, a gold medalist in the women's 53kg wrestling class, as well as actors Haru and Kayo Noro, and Genta Matsuda and Kaito Matsukura of "Travis Japan." They will be introducing gourmet food while cruising around Tokyo Bay on a specially chartered cruiser.
After traveling to Korea on a luxurious private jet, popular Korean actor Jang Keun-suk will appear as a special guest. Korea's most popular gourmet foods and the finest delicacies will be introduced one after another.
After finishing the recording, Ariyoshi reflected, "This year we also went to Korea and the event was on a larger scale. Everyone is competing seriously because they want to eat delicious food, so I hope you will pay attention to that as well. The serious competition between medalists was also amazing!" He also sent a message saying, "There will be a lot of amazing, delicious-looking food, so please look forward to it."
