Monthly Shonen Magazine, which was first published in May 1975, will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2025 with a commemorative project starting with the same issue. It was also announced that new editions will be published that compile approximately two volumes of the comics "Kaiouki," "Capeta," "Your Lie in April," "DEAR BOYS," "Noragami," and "Beck" into one volume, and that high-quality reproductions of the original drawings of popular works will be on sale.
A one-shot story from each series will be published in every issue, and the January 2025 issue featured Toda Katsuyuki's "Tensei Tsuridon Tobu." In the future, one-shot stories from Adachi Toka, Aihara Tsukasa, Kawahara Masatoshi, Kobayashi Yugo, Sakurai Gamon, Sadayasu Kei, Sawada Hirofumi, and Soda Masato will also be published.
