◇The following contains spoilers.
In episode 10, Ao (Riko) is suspended from school for causing Kotone to have a miscarriage. After being slandered on social media, Ao shuts herself in her room. Worried about her, Kanata (Yutaro) comes to visit her. Iori (Mokushiro Kazuto) tries to call Ao many times but is unable to get through, and regrets that it was all his fault.
Meanwhile, Marin, who is having an affair with her homeroom teacher Nakano (Hosoda Yoshihiko), is seen coming out of a hotel with her sugar baby by Nakano's wife Rei (Mori Kasumi). At that time, Marin finds out that Rei is pregnant and confronts Nakano at school, but Nakano blames her for being a sugar baby, leading to an argument. Marin threatens Nakano, who wants to end the relationship, saying that he will tell Rei and the classmates about their affair, but Nakano threatens her, saying, "If you tell anyone about us, your future will be over."
Then Ao is taken by Haruka (Ryoko Kuninaka) to Kotone's house to apologize. As Ao apologizes, Kotone offers to not sue him if he never shows up in front of Iori and her again. With no place left at school, Ao decides to transfer... and so the story unfolds.
Later in the story, Ao tells his classmates at school that he is transferring schools. As Ao bows his head in front of his classmates, Kanata defends him, saying that it is wrong for Ao to have to shoulder all the burden alone. Then, Marin appears and says, "I think so too," and continues, "It's wrong for Ao to expel because he didn't have a miscarriage." Marin then reveals that Kotone's pregnancy was a lie, saying, "There was never a baby in her belly to begin with, right Takanashi," causing an uproar in the class.
On social media, Marin's sudden revelation in the last scene became a hot topic. Comments included, "She popped in at the end," "She wasn't there after all!", "I felt relieved," "Marin said it well," "Marin is starting to get out of control, but I wonder if she'll be okay," and "Next week is scary, but I'm really looking forward to it."
