The official trailer for "Solo Leveling -ReAwakening-", which is made up of a special edition of the first season of the TV anime "Only I Level Up", based on a Korean novel and manga, and the first and second episodes of the second season, has been released on YouTube. It shows the protagonist, Shun Mizushino, rising to become the "strongest", and scenes of Shun's "shadow soldiers", led by Ygritte, in action. A poster visual with the copy "He was the weakest" was also released. The film will be screened in theaters in Korea from November 28th and in Japan from November 29th.
In the second season of the TV anime "Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-", Shun completes the job change quest and obtains the job "Shadow Lord", which allows him to command shadow soldiers, and throws himself into a new battle in search of materials for the sacred water of life that may cure his sick mother. It will be broadcast from January 2025.
"Solo Leveling" is a manga written and conceived by Chugong, illustrated by DUBU, and adapted by h-goon. It has gained popularity, recording over 650 million pageviews on the manga and novel service Piccoma. The story is set in a world where humans with special abilities called Hunters exist, where there is a Gate that connects another dimension to the real world. Mizushino Shun, the lowest-ranked Hunter and known as humanity's weakest weapon, suddenly gains the power to level up on his own, and rises from the weakest to the strongest. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March.
