A "hair flower art" piece created by actress Rena Takeda will be featured in the February 2026 issue of the wedding information magazine "Zexy" (Recruit), which will be released on December 23rd.
Takeda won the "Hair Flower Art" competition on the variety show "Pre-Bato!!" (MBS/TBS, Thursdays at 7pm) broadcast on November 13th. This time, the winning entry was published in the magazine as part of a collaboration between "Zexy" and "Pre-Bato!!", and Takeda spoke about the thoughts she put into her beautiful, painting-like creation.
The title of the work is "Love and Nature." By deliberately leaving the outline vague and choosing flowers that take into account the color of the leaves, she expressed the image of "a bride blooming in nature." "Due to my work, I often receive bouquets of flowers, and although I sometimes rearrange them in vases at home, this is the first time I've arranged them properly. This time, I imagined a garden wedding, which I long for, and tried to create a bride who is beautiful from all angles," she said. The work was praised for its "painting-like color sense and balance, and the finished product required no retouching from any angle."
