To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the popular Digimon TV anime series Digimon Cross Wars, Bandai will release the "Digital Monster COLOR Digimon Cross Wars 15th Edition Cross Heart Color/Blue Flare Color" toy. It comes in two colors, Cross Heart Color and Blue Flare Color, and costs 7,700 yen each.
Like the previous "Digital Monster COLOR" series, it has a built-in color LCD and rechargeable battery, and the Cross Heart color features Shoutmon X4, while the Blue Flare color features MetalGreymon (2010 anime version). By winning event battles with Digimon that appeared in the anime, you can recruit a total of 13 Digimon, including Ballistamon, Dorulumon, Starmon, Greymon (2010 anime version), and Mailbirdramon. Digi-Cross with your allied Digimon to power them up. Digi-Cross is also possible with the newly illustrated Shoutmon X3GM, Shoutmon X3SD, and Shoutmon X4S.
There are a total of 28 Digimon that can be trained and Digi-Crossed. Defeating MetalGreymon (2010 anime version) in the event battle will unlock a Digi-Egg that can be used to train the Blue Flare Army. Many enemy Digimon that appeared in the anime will appear in the World Battle. By conquering all World Battles, powerful enemies will attack, and some Digimon can evolve if defeated with specific Digimon . It is equipped with a Cold Mode and a backup system.
Pre-orders are being accepted on Bandai Namco Group's shopping site, Premium Bandai, with shipping scheduled for February 2026.
