The 31st episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others) was broadcast on May 12th. In the episode, Meiko ( Nanoka Hara) and "Ken-chan", Kentaro Karashima(Fumiya Takahashi), met for the first time, attracting the attention of viewers.
In the 31st episode, it is summer vacation and Nobu (Imada) returns home from the dormitory of the Women's Normal School. Nobu, who has come to be known as a "model of patriotism," regrets having said too much on the phone to Takashi (Takumi Kitamura), who is enjoying his freedom in Tokyo.
Two days later, Takashi returns to Gomenyocho with Kentaro, carrying souvenirs. Meiko is waiting for them at the station, and Kentaro greets her by saying, "I'm Kentaro Karashima. I was bored, so I came along." Meiko looks surprised, but then smiles.
Returning home, Meiko tells Nobu to make up with Taku. However, Nobu replies, "Even if we meet... I feel like we'll just clash again..." Kentaro also urges Taku to meet Nobu, but Taku refuses, saying, "It's kind of awkward." Meiko suggests to Kentaro, "Why don't you make up while you're here?" and they come up with a plan to make the two of them reconcile.
