The 13th episode of the 22nd installment of the popular anime "PreCure" series, "You and Idol Pretty Cure," entitled "Fresh, Sparkle! Sparkle Light!", will be broadcast on ABC TV and TV Asahi at 8:30 a.m. on May 4th.
One morning, on her way to school, Uta sees her classmate, Shinbashi Wakaba, a member of the volleyball team, and calls out to her. Wakaba is gazing at Shota, a third-year senior who is the ace of the volleyball team and famous for being popular at school, and doesn't notice Uta. In homeroom that day, Uta and the others decide which events to enter in the upcoming inter-class ball game tournament. Uta and Nana decide to play in the girls' volleyball team, and Wakaba joins the girls' volleyball team as well.
The next day after school, while Uta and her friends were practicing for the tournament, Wakaba revealed that she was in love with Shota-senpai, and that he was going to transfer soon. She declared that she would confess her feelings if they won the ball game tournament. On the day of the ball game tournament, Uta's team advanced to the next round.
The motif of "You and Idol Pretty Cure" is "idols," and the theme is "Because of you, I can shine and become stronger!". The legendary saviors, Idol Precure, sing, dance, and give "fan service" for "you," the people they love, the people they care about, the people who support them, the people next to them, and the people in front of them, and your presence makes Idol Precure shine brightly and strongly.
The cast will include Misato Matsuoka as Cure Idol/Sakura Uta, Minami Takahashi as Cure Ink/Soukaze Nana, and Natsumi Takamori as Cure Kyun Kyun/Shiu Kokoro.
