The 25th episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " (General TV, Monday to Saturday at 8:00 AM and others), starring Mio Imada , was broadcast on May 2nd, and viewers were drawn to a photo that was displayed at the Mimuraya bakery in Ginza, Tokyo, which Takashi ( Takumi Kitamura) visited.
In the 25th episode, Takashi passes the entrance exam for Tokyo Higher School of Fine Arts. His uncle Hiroshi (Yutaka Takenouchi ), who was worried about Takashi and came to Tokyo on his way back from a conference, praised Takashi by saying, "You did well!" and they embraced each other in joy at his success.
Afterwards, at Takashi's request, the two went to the Ginza bakery "Mimuraya." Takashi says that when he was a child, he used to eat Mimuraya's Anpan with his late father Kiyoshi ( Kazunari Ninomiya), mother Tomiko (Nanako Matsushima), and younger brother Chihiro (Motoki Nakazawa ), and that it is a "happy memory that will never fade."
While he was waiting for Anpan to be wrapped, Taka looked at the photos on display in the store. In a group photo of the bakers, he saw "Yam-onchan" Kusakichi (Sadao Abe), but Taka didn't seem to notice.
On social media, comments such as, "Yum-onchan's past?!", "He worked at Mimuraya!" and "Yum-onchan trained at a first-class restaurant" were posted.
Viewers also responded to the store's name, "Mimuraya." Some said things like, "If you read Mimuraya backwards..." and "I wonder if Yamura in Yamu-chan's name is Mimuraya read backwards to make it Yamura."
