The drama series "Ignite" (TBS, Friday 10pm) starring actor Shotaro Mamiya. The synopsis and stills from the second episode, which will air on April 25th, have been released.
Although he made his debut as a lawyer, Uzaki (Mamiya) was dissatisfied and troubled by the fact that he had won the case by deceiving his client. Unable to return to the hell of interviews at this point, he begins investigating the next source of trouble as Todoroki (Nakamura Toru) tells him to.
The next spark that Todoroki and his team set their sights on was a suicide attempt that occurred in the powerful rugby club of Toshu University, which was rumored to be caused by bullying. Their target was Hayato (Kaito Miyachika), the younger brother of Makoto Nishida, who was unconscious after the suicide attempt. Hayato, who is in the same rugby club as his brother, is also a member of the Japanese national team for different age groups and is an essential member in their quest to win the Kanto League.
Immediately after seeing Hayato's practice, Inoo (Moka Kamishiraishi) and Takaido (Ryoki Miyama) question the rugby club members and students who seem to be closely related to him. Uzaki sneaks into the parent information session alone. Feeling uncomfortable with the atmosphere, he makes a selfish remark out of a sense of justice that causes a stir...
The drama is an entertainment piece about a rookie lawyer who is full of a sense of justice, but who makes a lot of money by inciting lawsuits. It is produced by the content studio "BABEL LABEL," which includes directors Michihito Fujii of the film "Seitai," Hirotoshi Hara of "Return of the Abunai Deka," and Kento Yamaguchi of "Ikusagami." This is the first collaboration with TBS.
